Sam Neff ’21 published a paper in Nature Scientific Data that is the culmination of his research as an undergraduate at Dartmouth

Sam’s paper is titled “CF-Seq, an accessible web application for rapid re-analysis of cystic fibrosis pathogen RNA sequencing studies”.

The web application developed by Sam and his collaborators in the Stanton laboratory in the Geisel School of Medicine allows users to view large and complex gene expression data sets at the click of a button. The application greatly increases the speed at which data can be downloaded and dramatically increases the accessibility of archived data sets.
While at Dartmouth Sam was a double major in in biochemistry and history and was the President of the Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Science, DUJS.
