Barcode on patron’s ID or Library Card does not work:
There is a Manual Checkout form in a folder on the top right shelf behind the Library Supervisor’s desk.
1-Fill out the Manual checkout form with your initials and the date, the patron’s name and barcode on their card.
2-Carefully write in the item call number, barcode, author and title
3-Place the item on the Library Supervisor’s desk.

Barcode on the item does not work or the item does not have a barcode and the patron has a legitimate ID card:
1-Fill out the Manual Checkout form as you did above.
2-If there is no barcode on the item, you will find sheets of duplicate barcodes on the top shelf to the right of where you sit.  Place one barcode on the item and the duplicate barcode on the manual checkout sheet.
3-Again, leave this sheet on the Library Supervisor’s desk for later input.
